Marc Evans is a retired lieutenant of the Los Angeles Police Department with over 30 years of service. During his tenure, he commanded specialized investigative units, directed the Human Trafficking Task Force, and supervised thousands of law-enforcement operations. As the Officer-in-Charge of LAPD’s Human Trafficking Task Force, Marc has conducted over 12,000 investigations and has testified in Federal, State, Administrative and Municipal court.
He holds a master’s degree in Criminal Justice (Critical Incident Management/Counter-Terrorism) and a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University. Marc is the author of Selling The Daughters of America and has trained thousands of officers across the U.S. and Canada in human trafficking‐related investigations. Through his work with hotels, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and academic institutions such as UCLA School of Law, Marc delivers objective, courtroom-ready evaluations grounded in real-world operational leadership.
